Hi guys
My friends are selling a house in France and they had an electrical survey which said they need to fit a RCD main switch on the dis board, the supplier has fitted an RCD at the main in coming cables but it’s about 20 yards away from the house and the survey said the dis board must be able to be switched off in the residents , the board is a complete mess. I discovered that it 3 phase but 230 v 45kHz which is not uncommon in rural france can you recommend a technical spec for the RCD . I think that I can get a 4 pole RCD 3 phases and neg cables. I would recommend a new dis board but they can’t afford the expense so I’ve got to make it safe .
