4gang 2way intermediate dimming

Right guys got a 2way intermediate sscenario the 3 switches need to be dimmers (the dimmers are the issue)and dimmable lamps in the fitting
anyone suggest a particular make lights are all spotlights 22 in total split in 4 zones so minimum load could be 30 watt
looking at the Kosnic route anyone else done something the same or similair

many thanks just struggling to get the dimmers to achieve the dimming configuration maybe there is a master dimmer and 2 slave dimmers option oh come to think of it danlers do something like that as i recall.
