5kw immersion time clock?

Anyone recommend a time clock that can take the output of a 5kw immersion element? Without using a contactor

Biggest time clock I can see is 16a resistive load

whats wrong with fitting a contactor,is the element single phase

Nothing wrong with contactor, and that probably what I'll do... Just wondering if there were any other options.. Yes it's single phase

biggest ive ever come across is sangamo but there only rated at 20 amp

Most immersion timers are only manufactured to 3kw, and IMO thats pushing it.

Amazon do a 30Amp Immersion timer ( £20 ), well recommended for hydroponics also!

A sangamo sundial can handle 20 amps, but I would look at a contactor and a time clock switching the coil.
