Hi,

Just wondered if anybody could offer some guidance on a fluke 1653b tester.

I was just wondering what the correct procedure is to measure the Pefc and pscc using this tester.

For short circuit test , would this be measured at the the supply intake position on line and neutral ( meter set to loop ?)

And for Pefc , can the reading be used given at socket outlets when carrying out zs tests ?

I have looked at the manual but get a bit confused with which setting my meter needs to be when conducting the different tests

I'm just getting use to this tester at home , and don't want to wreck it !

Thanks in advance for any help
