As in the title.
I need downlights that can be covered in insulation, fire rated and integrated.

Preferably quite shallow as well!

I'm struggling a bit to meet all the above criteria :(.

Cheers guys.

JCC V50. 2" height and coverable.

Cheers Tel,
So I'm guessing they need a separate led driver? Also, can they be covered in insulation?

Cheers again Tel.
Customer has now added another criteria!!!
They have to be dimmable!
I don't think the ones in your link are?

the JCC V50s are dimmable. and switchable either warm white or cool white.

I believe the enlite E8 are coverable too and come in a dimmable format.

I use KSR QR10 mostly which are coverable and dimmable but come with a separate driver, which is not coverable. Not usually a problem though.

JCC V50 as others have said (irritation on registering batch codes, though), or Knightsbridge/ML RW6 range (either warm white, cool white, switchable (via wall switch), or "dim to warm").

Have installed about 30-40 of these over the past couple of years and (touch wood) not had a callback yet.

CEF do Enlite slim fit LED units, the driver is separate and I'm not sure of fire rating but they have decent lumens.

Thanks for all the replies chaps. I’ll have a browse through each of the links.

I use Collingwood H2 lites. Don’t know if they will be shallow enough for what you need though? Pay around £7.50 for them.

Collingwood H2 Lites. (They're also dimmable.) Not sure how shallow you need though.
