Where it says operational limations, what would go in there. Also if the circuit is using the conduit as earthing system what would you put in cpc colum on size of cable?
Would you code no earth tags at switches or sockets if it was not presant and using conduit as earth?

For conduit as cpc, i'd put con. in the box. Earth tags, if you mean fly leads, these are required to earth the socket terminal to the conduit. not required for switches unless they are metallic.

Earth tags are generally used on trunking, not conduit.

but if the conduit is used as cpc, then you must have a fly lead to the earth terminal on a socket, surely.

That's a fly lead Tel, an earth tag as far as I've always known, is a short piece of metal with a hole at each end.

ahh, see what you mean. as the op was referring to accessory outlets, i assumed he meant fly leads, as i mentioned in post #2.
