I'm adding a 30 amp RV outlet to the exterior of my house.
The location I'd like to put the outlet happens to be near the gas main/meter.
Are there any safety or code issues putting an outlet near the gas meter?

No code violation as long as it doesn’t leak and is GFCI protected and bubble cover
