As above, ebay is your friend in this case. No guarantee that what you buy will work though.

But why do you think it needs replacing?

If it is not resetting you will need to find the cause if you keep on resetting it this will damage the unit and as these are hard to come by for a reliable replacement. A replacement consumer unit could be considered.
