Hi
I am in the process of buying a building that has extraction ducting covering the ceiling with electric motors/fans still in tact within the ducting. (See pic please)
Is there anybody out there that would be interested in buying this or can make a kind suggestion of anyone I can contact that may be interested in buying it?
buyer would need to dismantle without disturbing the structural integrity of the building.

many thanks
Alex

Ducting has very little, if any second hand value because it's usually tailor made for the installation and to install second hand ducting is far more time consuming and labour intensive so most contractors won't touch it. The fans and possibly any sound attenuators would probably have some second hand value if they're in good running condition.
