Hi i have these 3 red leds come on the extractor fan and it stopped working. Anyone knows how this can be resolved. Will a clean only suffice or this needs to be replaced?IMG_6382.jpeg

You can try cleaning it but this would include internally. Judging by the outside I dread to think what the internals look like.
