Discuss Extractor for 2 bathrooms in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

O

Octopus

So, got a client in a concrete structured block of flats - 2 bathrooms with "wall to wall" windows so nowhere to put extractor fans.

Fortunately between the 2 rooms is a cupboard - so I'm thinking of putting a single extractor in the cupboard and running the ducting in the cupboard then a single outlet - the fan being triggered by PIR's in both bathrooms

So has anyone done something similar and can they recommend any products

I've recently worked on a refurb where the customer bought a Manrose MANI2000 - which worked really well but seems a bit OTT for just 2 rooms

Thanks

i have done this many times and use the manrose mft100t it has variable speed so you can wire at what speed suits length of run etc.
I normally use a y 4inch and also use pir operation for both bathrooms.

Inline fan with dackdraft excluders for each vent supplying each room?
