Anyone care to diagnose?

AO came in. Left it like this and took the replacement back!

Looks like it's lifted the worktop as well - the joint is misaligned now.

What's happened to the cupboard doors? They look like they've had a battering around the bottoms and edges.
 
The wooden work top has been glued to the top of dishwasher making it impossible to remove the appliance without some judicious application of force?
 
I think I'd shoot the kitchen fitter or whoever laid the laminate floor

Seen this done before had to take the dishwasher out with an angle grinder
