Flickering LED lights

Sure this has been answered before, can’t find a specific answer though.
My house was rewired in 2021 and as part of the rewire I had LED lights put in every room, so 70-80 in total. Now about 12 months after the rewire one of the lights in one room (4 LEDs in the room, not on a dimmer) comes on dimly then every 60 seconds or so will go to full brightness, then back to more dimmer. After about 5 minutes it will stay on full brightness.
I checked the connections and seemed fine so I switched it with another unit in the house, the same problems continue with the first unit while the one I switched too worked perfectly……for about two weeks…….then it’s doing the same issue as the first one. Any solution as I don’t think it’s the unit and the wiring seems ok. I’ve attached pictures of the light and the connecting box.

My guess is that it's at the end of a chain and the fault is at the other end of the cable that feeds it - check the terminations of all four!

Hang on - are you now saying that you started with one faulty location and now have two?

The original unit still has the same fault despite moving it to another room. Is it possible that being left flickering for 12 months has “nobbled” the light? They’re a bit more of a complicated unit that the electrician who did the rewire talked me into getting. They have three light settings built into the unit, white, warm and daylight. More components = potential for more faults?

I'd say it's not impossible. If you've the competency to do so, remove it completely and put a cable and 13a plug on it, see what it does on the bench. Warranty replacement beckons!
