Google + issues - HELP!!!

Does anyone know why when trying to join or login to Google + they keep saying my account is suspended.

I have a place page within Google which I can edit as normal, but if I try to leave a review for someone else or click to login or join google plus, I get the account suspended messege.

Also how the hell do you contact the nerds at Gooogle to get it sorted.

Yeah you nugget i know its cos its suspended DOH!

Yeah, everything was confirmed properly when I set up my Google account 2 years ago.
