A job I have been doing has ran over schedule and the supervisor has been asking why.
I work with another spark and he's a nice guy but seems to be that he doesn't really know how to wire emergency lighting or pir's and I end up having to correct his wiring mistakes, hence the hold up. I have told him to mark cables so he knows what's what, but why should I have to tell a qualified spark what to do!! He should know this stuff!

What would you guys do in this situation?

Well he has done it before in a previous job! Any good electrician, in my opinion, would know this stuff. If not they should study more or go back to college.

Well if he has done it before then I agree he should know it.
Wiring E-lights is not all that hard really, Trying to decide on size type and placement though is another kettle of fish :p

tie a bit of brown wire to his left leg. L (eft) for Live. a bit of blue to his right leg R (ight) for Return. and wrap the green/yellow round his bloody dong.
