Hi i completed the 2330 levels 2 and 3 a couple of years ago to the 17th edition and sent off for my jib card which came back with trainee on it.
I have since completed the nvq 3 and want to renew my jib card, but do i need to do the 2382 17th edition exam for them to grade me as a an electrician.
I just wanted to clarify before i sent off for my new card.
Being as i qualified to the new green 17th edition book i have been a bit reluctant to do the 2382 exam but if i have to then i will.
Will i be graded as an electrician with the qualifications i have?
Thanks guys

am2 not needed if you're an adult who's done the 2356.

by the way...the JIB have a website that gives a full explanation of their grading requirements. why listen to us when you can get it straight from the horses mouth??

I just got this vision of them sending me a new card with labourer or something like that on it!

if your 2330 qual is less than 3 years old you dont need the seperate 17th cert.

your grade will be electrician.
