offer to work for nowt...for a certain length of time....
see how it pans out...if they like you...they will start paying you....

A long way from me but advice I can give is to stay away from any company involving former Plymouth player Micky Evans . Same goes for his mate phill gill . They were in partnership but have gone their separate ways now. Both involved in construction and have a trail of unpaid bills behind them .
