only schneider dimmers and very limited selection of lamps...

i got an idea for a while to go around screwfix, tlc, online, some local places, buy 1 lamp 1 dimmer each and do some bench testing.
see what works what not and how noisy it gets with dimming.
either record it and dump on youtube (but im camera shy) or write an article on it and stick on my website.
