Was that the Neutral screw in the original Incoming cable at that botom that's now ben replaced or the Neutral out of the top to the new Smart meter?
 
looking at those cables into the meter, it's clear that the fitter could count ( at least up to 4 ) thus proving that he/she was way ahead of the standard boil-in-the -bag meter fitters.
