pendants to decorative bulkheads

Hello everyone.
I've just been to see a customer that wants all his pendants changed for decorative bulkheads. The pendants are wired using the loop in method and there is no chance of getting the floor up above them to insert a junction box.

Is there a method or a way around this to allow him to have the bulkheads?

Can you not get away with using waggo connectors inside the bulkhead? take up less space than normal choc blocks.

Hard to say without seeing them but could you cut a hole in the ceiling which will be hidden by the fitting and use a click flow plug or wago box.
