Hello all,
First of all as the title states, please be gentle as my background is plumbing and heating however i am now working as a technical support engineer for a manufacturer based in Doncaster.
My apologies in advance as the purpose of me joining the forum is to what may appear to be dumb questions, as in my posistion within the company i am involved in new products and technologies that the company is looking at.
If there are any sections where particluar questions need posting then i am open to advice and will, where possible always aim to assist should my plumbing knowledge be of any use to anyone.
My initial query is to be regarding any qualifications our engineers may need to work on some new units we have brought into the company portfolio however at this time i do not have the details required to ask the question.
I believe i've waffled on enough for now and no doubt i will be bugging you in the near future.
