Not at all. Only issue is with some fittings that struggle to take 1.5mm, but it is not uncommon for lights to be wired in 1.5mm for fixed circuits, even though 1mm is allowed.

Great thank you so I will go for the N.B H07RN-F in 1.5 going into a 13amp plug fitted with a 3 amp fuse
