reference methods new and old

hi all im working away from home and have forgot my regs. whats the old refernce codes ie. 1 2 3. and new ones i remeber c is clipped direct but rest have left my head.
any help appreciated

MICC cables surface clipped - C

PVC cables installed directly in an insulated wall - A

PVC cables installed in a building void - B

PVC cables in metal / plastic conduit or trunking surface mounted on a wall - B

PVC cables in metal / plastic conduit installed inside a building void - B

so if u had a twin and earth cable clipped to joists above a plasterboard ceiling and then chased into wall and piped down to box in pvc conduit, what reference would u put on cert?
