Require a PV Survey !

Just wondered if there are any companies that require PV surveys, as i know how difficult it is to try and do everything.....be in all places..

Travelling for the odd survey can be very time hungry, I have been found to be very cost effective for companies as it frees their valuable time up for other important areas.


I currently work as an independent domestic PV surveyor (self-employed) for a number of PV companies and offer my services across the Midlands / Oxford and as far South as Bristol.

What qualifications do you hold to do a structural survey and what professional indemnity insurance do you carry if you get that bit wrong?

I take it from your comment you must be a qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS) 5 years of training ! otherwise you are not qualified to do a full structural survey, hope you have insurance !

Some muppet rang me up about a month ago - said he'd just discovered solar was the best thing since sliced bread, tried to sell me leads for £150, my pa (furry and smells ocassionally of fish) knew more about pv than he did!
