Personally, I'm not sure I'd go down there - you literally are in the hands of the god's as to what you might make contact with, electrically speaking.
 
I spent much of my early years crawling in crawl spaces like that rewiring victorian houses.

There is no way I would be getting on my belly and worming about in an 18 inch crawl space these day , for starters my gut won't fit and even if I could just about squeeze in the gap I doubt I could manouvre about

I'm fortunate.

The kitchen waste pipe had detached so all the sink and dishwasher water sprayed everywhere. The solumn dirt had changed to thick mud.

I'm fortunate enough from the cave and freshwater diving I've had shots for just about everything including Weils disease. I did have a mask on too.
