Anyone had problems with Tradedsparky?

Ordered a photo cell unit last Tuesday morning on next day. Card was charged immediately.

Nothing by Thursday so I mailed and got a response saying that they would check.

Nothing back. Called Friday morning was told they would call back, nothing.... Called again 3 hrs later. Apparently order was sent to the wrong warehouse who had no stock.

Attitude was basically 'yeah so what, sorry"...

I thought at least some contact would have been nice and maybe an offer to refund the next day charge...

Nope...

Didn't seem to care at all.
I know I don't do a lot of trade with them but....

One customer gone.

Same experience here. Funnily enough, for a PIR Sensor. Very ‘couldn’t be arsed attitude’. That combined with the steep ‘one size fits all’ £6.75 plus VAT delivery left me very unimpressed and still haven’t got my goods. I won’t use them again.
