transwave converter help please

hello i try to install a transwave converter the motor run but the tension or volts of the converter go to520 volts when start to running the motor is triphasic motor and consumes 5 amps total, somebody can say me if is normal this tension is connected to star and in the motor only say 400v nothing to star or delta.is a old motor

I answered your question elsewhere. It’s a load of rubbish, you should buy an inverter.
