I have a little idea on CPU meter. A CPU meter is a small computer software component that measure the amount of RAM being used by the computer itself and the strain on the computer's processor. But, I don't know the main purpose of CPU meter. So, Anyone having more idea on CPU meter, then please share with me.

A CPU meter meters your CPU usage. But you already knew that.
