Very interesting...
I see one of the requirements is to have a driving licence, yet those apprentices looked about 12 years old!
 
Unlike those lads, I am yet to get a round of applause after switching on any of my own efforts :(:)

Seems like a good system,however its unlikely to ever happen here.
Industry in the UK prefers letting someone else pay the cost of training,they can then enjoy reaping the skills available with no outlay to themselves
