Colin Integrale

It's been a bit of a mental week to say the least.

A house came up a couple of weeks back right opposite my grans house in the village we both grew up in.

It's pretty damn perfect for us, just what we were looking for (not that we were really looking due to our wedding coming up in August) so we thought we'd just test the water to see where we stood.

It does need work, but that's exactly what we wanted... A project.

Not really expecting anything, within the space of a week we've been told that renting our flat will be very quick and easy as it's pretty damn nice, and we've also been approved for the mortgage to buy the new place.

We're also in a pretty good position as if we rent this place we're effectively no chain as is the place we're looking at due to it being empty.

There's only one thing I have to sort out now, and that's selling both our cars to go towards the deposit...

I think my beloved Integrale has gone :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

but we still need to shift the R32 Golf.

So, if anyone knows of anyone that might be in the market for a pretty mint '53 top spec R32 Golf with only 43k miles on it  let me know on here, or PM or email [email protected]

Going to be GUTTED to see both of these go but if it means we can get our little house that doesn't even do 0-60, then it's all good.

beg, borrow or steal . go for it. cars will only rust away anyway.

A house is a far better, long term asset, than a pile of expensive metal. Go for it, buy the house and in years to come you'll never regret it!

You'll have to change your user-name to 'Colin House'. It doesn't have the same ring to it but good luck with becoming a home owner anyway :)

When i was looking to buy a house the one thing i held back from selling was an original MK1 Golf GTI. Still have it today. Sell the R32 by all mean, will be able to get another for ok money, but if the Integral is a good un, i'd be keeping holf off for ever!

It's such a shame you have to sell your fleet-footed Integrale, a horse of courage, sobriety, and chastity, the flower and glory of mecanical flesh. But good look with buying the house. :D

i'd keep the integrale. it's so rare to look down in the footwell and not see the road below.

That's the thing about the Lancia.. It's one of those cars that's constantly going up in value.

Unfortunately it's not an option to keep it if we go for the house... I always said that would be the ONLY reason I'd ever sell it.

Come on chaps, surely one of you lot wants an R32 Golf.... Small, cheap to run and VERY sensible. Go on....

Oh if only....

It's just needed for the deposit... There's absolutely no way of getting it all together without the sale of my pride and joy.....

Tell you what though... I've just been round to my mates workshop and there's a pretty tasty Monza Red EVO1 sitting there with no engine or gearbox in......

Anyway, maybe one of you lot are up for some proper Italian corner-hugging action... Oh dear.

Here it is :

1992 LANCIA DELTA HF INTEGRALE 16v EVO 1 NERO BLACK | eBay UK

I could cry, seriously.

Bugger.
