Where can I Find a template for an Annual Fire Alarm Safety Certificate. The council has asked for an annual test of break glass points, smoke and heat detectors and sounders.

I have a lovely one that is part of my new Pirform certificate sofware it only cost's me £200 + vat per year.
There is an ever so subtle hint in the above sentence.!!
