For this part Think all that I need is just pick Light fittings with right IP rating and ENERGY EFFICIENCY.

My choice is:

Pool/IP65
Cafe/IP20

my only problem is don't know exactly if these light fittings are energy efficient?
I mean how to prove that?
Couldn't find anything like that in manufacturer specs
