Just a quick intro to all you guys in the trade,

Started out back in 1973 and still enjoying the work. Decided to go for our own company around a year ago, with a very good sparky mate that I have known some twelve years.

We have both lost our hair but didn't start off that way hence the name (Baldsparkies) :)

Anyway, glad to join the site, and enjoy looking at the threads, Don't let the new 17th make you paranoid though, I have seen the same reaction every time a new version of BS7671 comes along but it all settles down after a few ammendmants.

Not so keen on part P though seems that its letting other trades through the back door, with only a little knowledge, and in our game, a little knowledge can be dangerous.

Anyway off my soap box and very glad to join you all.;)
