Best Voltage Tester For NOT Tripping RCD's or RCBO's

Hi A new member here With lots of Questions in the not to distant future.
I know there's a thread already Up here but I Want to be so sure of getting the right tool
So Best Voltage tester for NOT tripping out RCD's or RCBo's I'm going to have lots of them because I'm Installing a 3 phase Fuseboard With approx 39 single sub circuits in a cafe all protected by an individual RCBO's at various current ratings Its the only way I can think of doing this to comply with the 17th
So just in-case I need to test things I don't want my rcbo's to trip

Of course I'll test I'm talking about fault finding etc To See if there's power where I need it to be etc A Voltstick great for live if only there was a voltstick to show a neutral present that would be useful mmmm Dragon's den maybe :ack2:
