I have two switch for my ceiling fan one for fan another for light.

Can I switch the light button with any other dimmer switch without doing anything in fan?
My fan is on high ceiling almost 20 feet up so I did not want to do anything with fan.

Yes you can install a dimmer switch as long as you have a neutral which you should have
