Hi there good evening
I am just about to come out of my time and my training was to the 17th edition so would I need to do the 17th edition or would you advise to do it any way as my training office is unsure and also would not having the 17th hinder me from doing the testing course's

regards
adam

unless you get a certificate which says 2382 on it, then yes, do it. it's ony 12 evenings at 2 hours , cost £250 ish inc. exam.

most jobs ask for it, so just get it done.

ring around and find somewhere that'll let you do the exam without taking the course - shouldn't be much more than 50 nicker.

£195+VAT in Ashton-Under-Lyne,which is a 3 day course.Or like Shagbite has said just sit the exam which is considerably cheaper.

to be honest 3 day course, all you will do is highlight every single page. :earmuffs:. just do loads of practice papers, at least 25-30 papers and then pay £50 for exam.

Forget about the years of training you need to acquire the relevant experience needed in this profession, just acquire a highlighter!!:cowboy:

but where to take the 17th edition? take it to the pub? nah, you'll get laffed at. take it on holiday? nah, your missus will run off with a spanish waiter. take it to bed? nah, she'll run off with the milkman.

Lol I was messing. They do teach you quite a bit however after 3 day course it took me 2 days to recover. First time I had a experienced a migraine.

On the third day we finished the book at 2. After that we did 1 exam and at 4 we did 2 hour exam.
