Does anyone recognize the make of this grid switch assembly?

i was thinking that it looked more like a network distribution plate and it sort of is??

however, if it was my customer, i would say something along the lines of.

It is getting old and brittle, if one switch has failed, the rest are not far behind and here is a quote for replacing the whole lot.
p.s. do you want white or chrome or brass?

Yes, I think it is a Euro module frame, where there is no gap on the faceplate between modules, thanks Tim. And the logo on the fuses does indeed look like Scolmore Click.

The kitchen is not that old, less than 10 years, though the switches seem to look somewhat more dated, as James mentioned. Possibly I'll see if I can get a replacement module along when I visit, if only as a temporary measure.
 
As a complete aside it seems to be asking for trouble to have a switch on a wall plate for a fridge! I'd be tempted to look for a key switch.
Yes, I agree. Especially as this is a kitchen in a special needs home, where there are residents who will turn things off.
