Door intercom advice please

Morning All

I have 3 x new flats to price up and part of spec is door access (something would normally pass on to others.)

Think it should be something I'm cable of of.

Could anyone please recommend a decent reputable system (url link if poss) that will last and is relatively straight forward to fit.

Landlord on budget so just audio system required not full video.

Hi, I installed a Bell 902 system that my client supplied and I believe was not that expensive. It wasn't difficult to install and has been in and working for a couple of years now with no issues.

I've used Fermax as well as Bell in the past both do a good basic system as well as some more advanced kit

I always put in bell ends if a part goes down
You can get spares.
Fermax is the pants stopped using them.
