How do you test for earth leakage and how to cure??

clamp the earth with leakage tester.... cure is anyones guess in no situation..

reduce the number of leaking items on each rcd if thats whats causing the problem.

Is this just a question your asking, or do you have a problem with a tripping RCD device??

If just a question, you can perform a ramp test to get a ''rough idea'' of the leakage current the device is tripping at. But these day's where RCDs are in such common use as a cure all additional protection device. Then every electrician should really have the means to test for circuit/component leakage currents, to enable them to fault locate effectively.

Depending on what you find from your testing sequences, you can then determine as to what effective cure is required...
