Fully qualified electrician's position is available for one of Nottingham's leading property maintenance companies.
We currently maintain both residential and commercial property portfolios across the East Midlands area, undertaking all of electrical installations, maintenance and certified testing needs.
The ideal person must be qualified to current electrical regulation standards and able to PAT test, service fire alarm systems and emergency lighting equipment for both residential and commercial properties.
The person must also be competent in general property maintenance, punctual, professional, very well organised, and able to work well on their own and under pressure.
A healthy salary is negotiable dependent on levels of skill and experience. A company van will be made available for both work and personal use, as well as a company mobile phone.
We would also welcome an opportunity to talk to people and businesses that are currently working as self-employed electrical engineers that may find the prospect of a guaranteed salary and the security that a full time position offers to discuss working together. Business mergers would be considered with the potential of a profit share opportunity available.
