they are the moden HF type with electronic ballast, they have hooks to be used for hanging on a chain but you can fix to the ceilings if needed too.
May require bit of dusting but otherwise in good working condition.
I have 14 of them complete - £20 each
and 4 of them missing plastic bits on the ends, othewise fully working, £10 each.
They coming loaded with sylvania tubes but i cant guarantee their life.
Removed from
a modern warehouse that had to make way for flats.
