So you can see the high bay model number and control gear with the LED array below. DC volts coming out of the control for 100w LED is putting out circa 50 V. Polarity is correct. There is continuity to the terminals on the array. No light from the LED. Any ideas of how to test the array or replace it??? I suspect the array as the control gear is doing (it appears) what it is supposed to do.
Cant really find much about them on line though. It appear Amazon sell them.

I could buy the LED chips on Amazon I suppose, any reason why not? Just a little doubtful about the control gear at 50 V d.c. But I have before tested KSR LED batten came out at 110 V d.c. and KSR said this was normal which I thought a bit puzzling. I guess I might need high melting point solder???
