the above link is for the manufacturer SWA cable installed on a PME exported into a second building using a 50mm twin SWA where there is main bonding to water pipes in place at 10mm.

the cable is 50mm 6943X 50 which is 74mm steel and the equivalent copper is 32.8mm which is well above the required 16mm
 
74 mm steel has an equivalent size of copper of approx. 9mm.
 
You need to calculate its conductivity.
 
Whilst the SWA armour is suitable as a CPC, it is not suitable as a bonding conductor.
Read the note for Table 54.8, “a bonding conductor of another metal affording equivalent conductance”.
 
from post#1 it's not clear if OP had cocked up, or there's extra work needs doing and he's fell out with the customer for shagging his missus.
