Ka Rating of 32A BS88 gG AT 400V/ 230V AC???

Hi,

I am trying to determine the Ka rating of the above fuse. For 400V I believe it is 80 Ka but have found that it is 40 Ka for 250V DC. Can anyone tell me what it is for 230V AC or where I can find the answer?
I have already looked on the web and in the latest OSG but maybe not in the right places :confused5:?

Same as the 400V AC.

The only reason the KA is reduced is because it's breaking DC.

I would use the value for 250 Vac if you have that, it is not likely to have an effect.
I do not think the standard requires that value to be specified.
