Discuss Kitchen Socket Circuits?? in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

I find the mud on the inside of wheel arches, adds to the stability of the vehicle, especially during bad weather, such as we southern softies are experiencing at the mo. Can't wait for the summer to return, with the highs of 30'c. Must be horrible living in the frozen north during summer times :)

Thanks Telectrix! - that's exactly what I meant ( by DP switches).
When you're spending 20k+ on a kitchen, what's a few bob more for a bit of buried conduit ?
Connection units /plugs and sockets should be accessible and visible -
if they overheat one ought to know.
Showrooms should display mandatory notices - " This is not a REAL kitchen"

Hidden away of course, in a cupboard next to cooker, is a cooker switch a thing of beauty............no! The only time I need to find a cooker switch is when I change the cooker.

Like this? Not the worst I’ve ever seen but Kevin’s been at work!

for the sake of a fiver at the local hand wash, i'm not washing the van in any weather.

Yeah they usually do a good job to be fair Tel but that stuff they spray the van with to start with is harsh and your paint ends up real dull, and I always seem to be in a queue behind Chelsea tractors that haven't been washed from new, lazy sh1tes. :)

Looks like 'Broadcast Power' is the only answer - Tesla spent years trying to invent it, but he never succeeded. Just imagine - a high powered beam of microwave energy shoots across the kitchen and invisibly runs the kettle and the foodmixer! ( and the microwave).
Just don't get in the way of it - cooked human flesh doesn't smell nice!
