Hi there,

Im new to the forum but enjoy reading topics on here. I need some advice I'm carrying out a job on an industrial estate pulling new supplies to new unit, I am trying to arrange to get the meters fitted all three phase but progress is slow. Could anyone give advise on how I go about this with regards to getting mpan numbers etc, also the units are unoccupied so I do not know the intended use of them will be, so when it comes to the KVA needed is there a typicall figure used for a unit

There is a figure for average kW per M² based on intended usage lurking on my PC. IE office, commercial or light industrial.

Contact the DNO they will willingly pass on the information. It takes the problem away from them. You get the blame not them when it all goes wrong.
