What time will the decision be made tomorrow?

The hearing starts at 09:30am, so depends how long it takes. Possibly no more than an hour.

If DECC's application for permission to appeal is granted, then the appeal itself will be heard straight afterwards.

Some lord or other talking about the governments green agenda at the house of lords on BBC parliament now, its all rather bland, but maybe theres a nuget of new infomation???

Still no decision from the court as to whether they are going to allow the DECC to appeal- However- looks likely they will be granted it

Tube? I bet he hasn't used one of since grand-mama took him on for a wheeze in 1957. No, I guess a driver takes him to the country house on a Friday ("the traffic can be very tiresome if left too late")

Clare King, a renewable energy lawyer at Osborne Clarke said: "This is a frustrating result for many companies in the solar PV industry who were hoping for some clarity today. The judges clearly understand the need to get this issue resolved and have said that they will try to get the decision out by 9 February. In the meantime, all companies and investors can do is sit tight and wait."
