Led lamps price and Fire Rated Downs

what should I be paying for a reasonable quality Led lamp about a 4w or 5w and any makes/brands to look out for? ive tried kosnick brand so far and they seem pricey but good light output to me.

and any good makes of fire rated downs to install in particular? and what should I be paying for them these days?

You need to spend £15 - £25 to get a quality LED lamp.....

Don't go to the big orange shed and buy those cheap ones, a match gives off more light.... Thanks to them allot of people have been put off LED lighting!!!
