Been round to look at some work for a client to quote up... But while I was there he asked if I knew why 4 led's in his landing were flashing intermittently when switched off from upstairs but not down stairs when turned off which were fitted by other sparks when loft conversion went in.

Tbh I wasn't too sure so thought I'd see if anyone had come across this.

The 4 lights flash one at a time through all lights but never together.
 
Plenty of threads on here on this subject (inductive pickup, snubbers, etc.) - be worth doing a search. Daz
