my wall outlet's buttons broke off and got a bit confused as all the wires are brown .what are these 2 wires for ? Thank you

Thats a Hager 3 gang rocker switch.
Each is a single pole, 2-way switch (in UK terminology).
2 way switches are normally used where there is another light switch controlling the same light as this one. Is that what you have?

This is the sort of arrangement for your switches, with the C, L1, and L2 marked on the switch terminals

With light switches, all connected wires are 'live' - not sure what you mean by "all the wires are brown" - I can see a blue one 🤣!
If it's a 2-way (UK) circuit, there needs to be a wire in the 'C' terminal of the right hand switch for it to work!
